The cookie dough I use for the fruit pizza is just store-bought refrigerated cookie dough. It’s an 18oz package. I stick with using the Pillsbury brand as I’ve tried generic ones and it didn’t turn out as nicely. You can probably use your favorite homemade cookie dough recipe, but I haven’t tried that. :)
