You&#039;re right!  I edited this post a few days ago late at night after my 4 month old finally went to bed.  Guess my tired eyes missed a few things...  :)  The salt was an ingredient I meant to delete because I used to brine the chicken, first, but realized it&#039;s not necessary and eliminated the step to save time.  And, good catch on my typo for the butter... I meant 1/2 cup instead of 1/2 stick.   I&#039;ve had &quot;mommy&quot; brain for the past 4 months! lol!
