Monthly Archives: February 2007 On Sunday, we knew we were going to have a big Sunday dinner at our Pastor’s house later in the evening so we wanted to eat a light lunch. I whipped up a Spinach Apple Salad and Buttery Onion Braid. It definitely held us over until dinner was served at 6pm. Buttery Onion Braid 1...  2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 tablespoons vegetable oil¼ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon sugar1 cup diced, unpeeled apples¼ cup chopped sweet onion¼ cup raisins2 cups torn fresh spinach2 cups torn romaine1.
